What can AI actually do for a business like ours?
More than most owners expect. It can answer customer questions in your voice at any hour, answer and book phone calls, score and route leads, power calculators and quizzes that turn visitors into leads, draft follow-ups, summarize calls, analyze your data, and run tools your team uses every day. The right first project is the one closest to revenue.
Is this just process automation?
No. Automation is part of it, but most of what we build is software people use: web apps, portals, calculators, assistants, and data tools. The goal is something your customers or your team would miss if it disappeared.
What is Historical Messages?
An app we built that preserves your text message history when you move from one texting platform to another. It imports old threads and merges them with new ones, so every conversation keeps its full history. It is available to any business making the same move.
How do you keep AI assistants accurate?
By training them on your own material, limiting each one to the job it was built for, and keeping a clear path to a person for anything it should not handle. For The Mick Vault we built a support assistant trained on the founder's SOPs and playbooks.
Do you build full software products?
Yes. Aucta, one of our own brands, is a complete application that we designed, built, and run. Most client work is smaller, but it is built to the same standard.
