Accessibility Statement
Last updated
CaptaFlow® is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible, and unhindered use for people with disabilities, and we are continually working to improve the experience for all visitors.
Our standard
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Our target for https://captaflow.com/ is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We aim to make all pages and content on the website accessible, but some content may not yet fully meet this standard. This can happen when we are still identifying the most suitable technical solution, or when content comes from a third party.
Measures we have taken
We designed and built this website with accessibility in mind, including:
- Semantic HTML: pages use proper headings, landmarks, lists, and labeled form fields, so that screen readers and other assistive technologies can understand and navigate the structure.
- Keyboard navigation: all navigation, links, buttons, and forms can be used with a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators and a "Skip to content" link at the top of each page.
- Color contrast: text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios.
- Reduced motion: animations respect your device's "reduce motion" setting, and content does not depend on animation to be understood.
- Text alternatives: meaningful images have descriptive alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Cookie choices: the cookie banner does not block the page, can be operated by keyboard, and can be reopened at any time from the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer.
We review accessibility as we add and change content, and we may revise this statement to reflect improvements or changes to our practices.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not be fully accessible:
- Third-party tools and embeds: tools provided by other companies, such as the scheduling tool used to book calls, and websites we link to (for example, the online bookstore where our book is sold), are outside our direct control and may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Older content: some blog posts and images migrated from our previous website may have incomplete alternative text or formatting. We are reviewing them over time.
If any part of the website is difficult for you to use, we will gladly provide the information or service another way, for example by email or phone, or by booking a call for you.
